II. An opportunity for any citizen to address the MARINet Board on any MARINet matter. Please limit statements to 3 minutes.

III. Introduction of any guests.

IV. Additions to the agenda (This agenda is not final. Board members may add to the agenda up to the date of the meeting.)

V. Retreat Business

A. Review JPA and discussion of possible changes

B. Discussion of Dominican contracting with MARINet

            1. Pros / Cons and other issues

C. Discussion of new products under consideration

            1. Establish calendar for future demos

D.  Discussion of Board goals

            1. Review progress on FY 07/08 goals

            2. Discuss possible FY 08/09 Board goals
