A. 11 - 11:30 Presentation of Innovative's Encore product - Marjorie McLaughlin

B. 11:30 - 12:00 Discussion by board of new services/system improvements (Encore, airpac, etc)

C. 12 - 12:45 Training, is there a better way

D. 1:15 - 2 Committee effectiveness - ideas for improvement

E. 2 - 2:30 Revenue generating ideas

F. 2:30 - 3:15 Proquest in 08/09 or explore other options

G. 3:15 - 4:00 Review the request fee
